Behind REP's rubber injection moulding machines there are above all women and men ...
A "Big Family"
REP international counts around 170 employees in France.
Many of these employees spent their entire professional carrier at REP. This loyalty is linked to the diversity of the jobs offered by REP, but also to the fact that they simply feel good with REP, just like a "big family".
To perpetuate the technical know-how and expertise of the company, CEO Bruno TABAR and his managing teams have chosen to trust and promote young people by implementing the policy of tutoring and internship.
Apprenticeship and Internship
With this in mind, REP often employs recent graduates and/or fosters on-the-job training contracts. These young people benefit from the experience and know-how of their seniors who coach them throughout their educational development in the field until they are able to stand on their own feet.
This philosophy is meant to
- keep REP's knowledge alive,
- enhance it,
- refresh it thanks to the newcomers,
as the technologies and processes, approaches, languages, etc... are continuously changing to cope with the fast-growing requirements of the international markets.
A Win-Win Relationship
For the company it is a pool of young talents to train "on-the-job"
- For the young people it is the opportunity to gain initial work experience in a medium-sized company, worldwide leader in its field.
As a market leader, REP is used to pave the way and attaches great importance to knowledge sharing and intergenerational links.
REP capitalizes on team spirit, which could be qualified in a few words:
« Working together for the success of all »
